General Dentistry
Dental examinations
A visual and radiographic consultation is done to diagnose possible problems, focusing on both hard tissues (teeth and bone) and soft tissues (gums, tongue etc.) We recommend this type of “check-up” every 6 months.
Prevention is better than to cure.
Digital dental radiographs (X-rays)
Dental radiographs are extremely important for proper diagnosis, treatment planning and dental procedures. Routine “X-rays” also play a major role in prevention of future dental problems. We take two types of radiographs:- Panoramic radiographs to see the mouth as a whole: both jaws, with all the teeth and surrounding structures.- Intra-oral radiographs: small x-rays of specific teeth showing more detail.
